L’ESTABEL : a little winery that dares … even to go organic.
Since 2013 L’Estabel de Cabrières has been committed to producing organic wines on their carbonated slate terroir. Cabrières is the cradle of rosé wines in Languedoc and has grown likewise in red and white wines!
Today Maryse, Sylvie, Lucie, Jérome, Benoit, Brice, Serge, Konrad, et Matthieu are engaged in the process and, by the fruit of their labor, we develop two product series uniquely in AOP:
- Le Grand Pan (AOP Clairette du Languedoc and AOP Languedoc Cabrières Rosé and Rouge)
- Bergerie des Schistes (AOP Languedoc Blanc and Rosé and AOP Languedoc Cabrières Rouge).
